Midnight Garden Wedding Invitations

Inspired Wedding Invitations

Revelry Invitation Studio, LLC  ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

We've done it again!  Hit the nail on the head!  Wowed the pants off the invitees!  And most importantly, put a smile ear-to-ear on a lovely bride-to-be's gorgeous face.  "Love.  Love, LOVE" is what they had to say (sounds like something that would come out of my very own mouth, but this time I was on the receiving end of the compliment ;)  Makes the sleepless nights all worthwhile.  And there have been A LOT lately!  We're busier than ever in the studio with no end in sight. I do believe I won't get a day of rest until my maternity leave in Early October!  But I couldn't be happier, or feel more blessed.  I am a lucky girl to have such great clients who put so much faith in my work.

One of those fabulous clients inspired these gorgeous "Midnight Garden" invitations.  What a doll!  And although we had a hard time really characterizing her vision for her special day, I accidentally summed it up with "Midnight Garden".  And that is exactly perfect.

During my consultations, I always encourage my clients to send photos that inspire the overall look of their event. Although my client sent these to give me an idea of the color she loved, I was inspired as much by the background as I was the BM dress.

The ensemble included a cushioned dupioni silk panel with a 2-layer invitation, the fabulous rose wrap, and matching enclosures.

Gorgeous handmade parchment roses and delicate (but virtually impossible to find) crystal floral spray decked out the iridescent chocolate grosgrian ribbon wrap.

And the whole shabang was finished with gold paper wrap, an ivory satin ribbon and a fabulous 3-layer card stock address seal.

The hardest part of the whole design was figuring out the perfect flourishes to flank the monogram.  Below are a couple other options we came up with.

We'll be using the chosen monogram in all her accessory pieces as well (programs, place cards, menus, and my favorite... the guest book)!  That guest book is going to be totally decked out in crystals and parchment roses, Raisin dupioni silk, and splashes of gold.  I Can't Wait!!!
